Bloomberg: BC Partners Raises Over $1.4 Billion for New Private Credit Fund

The private credit arm of buyout firm BC Partners has raised over $1.4 billion for its third special opportunities fund, marking its largest vehicle for the strategy to date.

The BC Partners Credit fund, known as SOF III, is about 20% larger than the predecessor vehicle, the firm said in a statement Tuesday, confirming a Bloomberg News report last week.
